Sorry for the silence but I've been away on holiday! A while ago I saw this
post from Heather Nichols about using Papertrey's impression plates to achieve a letterpress look and wanted to try it out for myself. I inked up the in bloom plate with fresh snow pigment ink and here is the result. Love the look and can't wait to try this technique again:
Supplies
Paper - cream card from stash, SU taken with teal, kraft, pink, PTI ripe avocado
Stamps - mega mixed messages (sentiment)
Ink - versafine onyx black, PTI fresh snow, vintage tea dye duo
Accessories - PTI in bloom impression plate, cricut die cuts, black pen
