Yet another card from a vintage card workshop I recently attended. I came away thinking I must use more tulle on my cards - love the effect:
Supplies
Paper - Bazzill basics cardstock, DCWV glitter sheet
Accessories -ribbon scraps, tulle, sewing machine, brads, foam tape
Beautiful! I love the flowers and the effect of the tulle. Using tulle just makes it feel so soft & feminine!
