Felt flower

I took Heather Nichols' advice a while ago and pre-made some embellishmentsto use on projects, then couldn't think of how to use them. So this flower has been sitting around for ages.  Finally decided to make this simple card and combine it with a stamp from Fancy Flourishes.

Paper - PTI enchanted evening, bitty dot patterned paper
Stamps - PTI Fancy Flourishes
Ink - Versafine onyx black
Accessories -PTI ocean tides, pure poppy felt, ocean tides button, ocean tides grosgrain, PTI beautiful blooms II die, red thread

  1. This is so cute, Anne. I really like the red stitching around the flower petals. It adds such a great touch.

  2. super cute! i just got the BB II #3 dies and made my first stacked felt flower and it doesn't look like *their's* at all :)... so i need to try again!

this one is perfect on your card, tho

  3. Adorable! Love that stitching. It really pops with that red floss!

  4. That flower is so cute - love the stitching and the colors you used! It's so pretty & detailed that you don't need to add much to the card itself.
