It's time for a new month and I'm facing some changes at work (positive so far!), so this sentiment seemed quite appropriate. A quick card I put together using Basic Grey's Luscious collection paper and chipboard. Best wishes for any new beginnings that you're facing :)

I'm back

Yes, I'm finally back from my vacation. Had a wonderful time away but now I have a lot of catching up to do - catching up with friends, catching up with recent blog posts and above all I need to make some new cards! Here is one I whipped up this week. A CAS (or maybe clean and lazy?) number. I'll be back in a couple of days with another post, and hopefully a few more cards to share.

Not feeling too adventurous in a creative sense, so I just whipped up a fast and easy masculine card. Useful to have a few like this in my stash for that unexpected occcasion - birthday? special achievement? or whatever.

Here's a quick birthday card I made with Crate Paper's Random collection. I added some crystal effects to the paper letters to give a bit of shine, added a few stickers and die cuts and I was done!

Cheep cheep

I recently bought a few stamps from Market Street Stamps. Highly recommend them and the company. Great stamps, fab customer service and fast shipping!

If you're tempted, this is one of their sets called Cheep Talk. Cute birds which I paper pieced. Added some stickers from Crate Paper's Random collection and there you have it.  Can't wait to use these again :)
