Heffalumps

I've ordered a Patemm changing pad for my brother and sister-in-law. I've given a couple of these pads as gifts and everyone loves them because they're a great shape and size and super useful when you're out and about with a little one.  Found a cute elephant pattern online at Sprout children's wear in San Francisco:

I wanted to make a matching tag to accompany the gift, so put Papertrey's Tremendous Treats Birthday to work. Here's what I came up with:
