I recently attended a vintage card class at my local scrapbook shop. We got a kit for various cards and I had some pieces left over so decided to make a couple of extras - notecards to give as a gift:

Vintage butterflies

Here is another card featuring patterned paper from Pink Paislee's Sweetness collection.  The butterfly image is from SU's Bliss set, one of this year's sale-a-bration sets:
