Cards for OWH

I've just made some more cards for Operation Write Home. A friend in Texas and I send them cards several times a year.  Here are a couple of simple cards using SU's Haiku DSP.  The instructions for the pleased flower in the first card come from Mary Fish and her video can be found here:

Paper - cream card from stash, SU tangerine tango, so saffron, old olive, haiku DSP
Stamps - PTI blooming buttons bits (sentiments)
Ink - versafine onyx black, versamark
Accessories - PTI medium scallop & beautiful blooms #1 dies, EK success open scallop punch, SU styled silver brad, kiwi kiss button, PTI rustic twine

  1. These are so beautiful and the sentiments are just perfect for our soldiers. Great job.

  2. really the colors!!

  3. Love the color combos! The pleated flower is so pretty!

  4. Oh these cards are beautiful! Love the patterned paper you created and the colors!

  5. So beautiful - the pretty paper and the flower!
