PTI March blog hop

 
Hi and thanks for peeking.

This month Nichole challenged us to incorporate buttons.  I also wanted to use some of the wonderful PTI felt (which I've just learnt to cut out with my cricut).

Here is my spring card:
 
 I attached the buttons to the felt with embroidery thread.  And in the close up of the largest flower you can see I also stitched around the felt circle:


The 'scallop' border is actually the leaves from blooming button bits - stamped in Versamark and embossed. Love the versatility of PTI stamps!


Supplies
Paper - PTI stamper's select white card stock, SU baja breeze, SU 6 x 6 designer paper pack
Stamps - PTI blooming button bits
Ink - Momento black, SU baja breeze, Versamark
Accessories - buttons, clear embossing powder
