Notebook frenzy

Ok. I have to confess that I'm now addicted to making covered notebooks. I've seen the fantastic items that others have produced and thought they'd make lovely gifts.  I recently bought some of Papertrey's notepads and gave them a try myself.

My cover  is an 8 1/4 x 5 3/4 inch piece of cardstock scored along the short side at 2 3/4 and 3 inches to make a spine for the pad. If you want to have a pocket flap on the inside left cover, use an 8 1/4 x 8 1/4 piece of cardstock and score at 2 1/2, 5 1/4 and 5 1/2 (or use Nichole's great  template which you'll find here). Then decorate!

  3. I love seeing these. I bought them when they first came out, decided I could not work with them, and promptly sold them! But they are so cute - and just great little gifts for really anyone. Love your felt flower!
