I've been experimenting with different styles lately. Here is a super simple thank you card that involves minimal stamping and incorporates a large Kaisercraft rub on (which took ages to apply). Maybe rub ons aren't so convenient after all? Perhaps this style is best described as 'clean and lazy:
Supplies
Paper - PTI stamper's select white cardstock
Stamps - PTI mega mixed messages (sentiment)
Ink - Versafine onyx black, PTI vintage tea dye duo
Accessories - Kaisercraft Prairie Lane rub ons
Beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteHaven't tried rub-ons yet myself... maybe little ones that don't take too much time. :)
Hee! "Clean and lazy" --I love it! I hope you don't mind if I use it. :-) I love the simplicity here--the card looks great!
ReplyDeleteThat is a beautiful rub-on. Love the clean and lazy comment. That might describe my natural style perfectly (at least the lazy part...). :)
ReplyDeleteAnne........I don't know about "clean and lazy" but I do know that this is "clean and beautiful!" Seriously, this is just stunning. I'd be so happy to mail this one out! Lovely!
ReplyDeleteSimply beautiful!!! So clean and lovely!!!
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely beautiful!!!! I love your style!!!!
ReplyDeleteBEAUTIFUL card, Anne! I absolutely LOVE it! And I hate to break it to you, buy clean and simple is SO HARD to achieve... haha... it sometimes takes me longer to come up with a clean design like this one than it does to make a card full of layers!
ReplyDeleteI am rub-on challenged myself. I just got some Kaiserkraft ones and didn't have any issues...but that one is big so I can see how it would be a pain in the .... I love the elegant simplicity of this one...and always a fan of flat cards for mailing ;)
ReplyDeleteHahahahah! Clean and lazy! I love it! It's a very pretty card-- I wish my clean and lazy cards looked so nice.
ReplyDeleteVery simple and good for many times when words excape you. I haven't tried the rubon's. You did a good job.
