Papertrey Ink have started a new weekly challenge called 'Make it Mondays'. The first challenge which you'll find here is to create a go-to sentiment card. I've had a crazy week at work, so many things I had to get done -including making several sympathy cards :( - but I've finally got time to make and post my card. Here's what I came up with:
I decided to use a sentiment 'block' (not sure what else to call it) as the focal point. I arranged all the sentiments on my card, then picked them up with an acrylic block so I could stamp them at once. One didn't fit so I stamped it separately using red ink:
Supplies
Paper - PTI stamper's select white,pure poppy, SU 6 x6 paper pack
Stamps - PTI Birthday Bash Sentiments, Mega Mixed Messages, Asian Fusion
Ink - Versafine onyx black, Memento lady bug
Accessories -red rhinestones, foam tape, sewing machine
Cute! Love that pop of red and the rhinestones!
ReplyDeleteI know this release is crazy busy! I love the fact that you used all your sentiments on one block and that the Who is counting? is in red.
ReplyDeleteGreat colors! Love how you stamped in red and black, but have the blue background - bright and lovely!
ReplyDeleteAnne.......This is so pretty and perfect! I love that you stamped only one of the sentiments in red. It's awesome!
ReplyDeleteGreat use of al those sentiments, Anne. The red wording really stands out nicely against the other black words.
ReplyDeleteI love the pop of red! Great job!
