Two in a row. Can't believe it. Mind you, just sneaking in with this one. It's already Monday here (thank goodness for the international date line). This week's Make it Monday challenge was to use a partial debossing technique. Actually mine's a partial embossing technique using a cuttlebug folder. I do have some PTI impression plates, but didn't have one which went with this frame. Here's what I came up with:
Supplies
Paper - PTI plum pudding, lavender moon
Stamps - PTI Asian Fusion (sentiment), Waltzingmouse Very Vintage Labels 5
Ink - PTI plum pudding, fresh snow, vintage tea dye duo
Accessories -Cuttlebug Swiss Dots embossing folder, bow easy, PTI lavender moon saddle stitch ribbon, plum pudding button, Martha Stewart rinestones, foam tape

Awww, pretty! I adore the mauve/purples. And that bow...GORGEOUS! I have dreams of ever tying one as fabulous as you have here. Wouldn't a bow tut by you be good? *idea* The focal panel is so elegant and the swiss dots chime in with such aplomb. Such a lovely card Anne.
ReplyDeletePretty, pretty! I love the double bow and purple is just so regal. Do you know of a tutorial for tying the bow like that?
ReplyDeleteWow, how do you do bows like that? So neat! Wonderful purples & a sweet, feminine birthday card!
ReplyDeleteSo pretty! Purple is such a hard color for me to use in crafting.. kinda funny since I have so many purple clothes!
